Do your homework!

How many times did you hear that said when you were growing up? Plenty, I’ll wager. The same goes for your source of Ganoderma lucidum. Any source will have some health benefit because g. lucidum has over 200 phytonutrients and there is very little a company can do to mess that up!

The issue lies in the organizational and distribution structure of the company/firm. I did my homework. Googling wasn’t helpful and then I remembered that I have expert business consultants I can ask help for in this matter. Three of these sources (which they found in only one hour- I sure couldn’t) are:

  • http://products.21food.com/a-Ganoderma%20Lucidum
  • www.alibaba.com/countrysearch/CN-suppliers/Ganoderma_Lucidum.html
  • It won’t be long before the boom hits here. The sources are already popping up like mushrooms. A good team of business consultants are a treasure, a savings in time and money. My source is still JanetA’s Current Source of Ganoderma Lucidum but I am not recommending it as a “prime opportunity” but as a convenient and tasty source of Ganoderma lucidum.

Have you heard of Ganoderma lucidum? Do you know of anyone who is taking it? What companies have you found out there? Tell me your stories. I know they are out there.

Some disgruntled people who have left this “opportunity” say their source isn’t as bitter as my source. Well, that is the exact wrong argument to go down to “convert” me to their source! G. lucidum beverages are non-acidic, being the nature of alkaline g. lucidum. Therefore, the “bitterness” must be referring to the very valuable active bionutrients triterpenoids. Historically, this is how harvesters determined the potency of the ring of mushrooms they had found–the bitter, the better! Regardless, I don’t even notice any bitterness, just the absence of acidity.

Ganoderma Lucidum is in North America

Why is that heading compelling–”Ganoderma Lucidum is in North America”? For the simple reason that before 1972, Ganoderma lucidum was a rare herb honoured through millennia by Emperors of China to the elite of Ancient Rome. I added a paragraph in wikipedia on g.lucidum (this is how scientists like to write it in their scientific reports). Here is the link: Gano in wikipedia. Make sure you are comfortable with the source and the company. My first source has been (and still is at this posting)Click Here! . It makes a good retail site.

As with all things in business, and in direct marketing in particular, the urge to make you an “affiliate” to work the business is great. Resist it. Make your getting healthier and the health of your family the top priority. Before you enter into any business like this one in particular, and any business in general, ask to see the affiliate form, statement policy, contract first for your lawyer to perview before you sign anything. Your eyes will be opened. You will see how they react and you will make wise empowered choices according to what your lawyer advises. Can’t afford a lawyer? Perhaps you can! Do what I did: Click Here! for contract review and other features.

In 2838 BCE Shen Nong, considered to be the father of Chinese agriculture and medicine, documented Ganoderma lucidum in The Four Canons as the most valuable herb. Emperors and nobility consumed teas and other concoctions made of this mushroom for vitality and long life. The First Emperor of China, Shi Huangdi, the Emperor known to have built the Great Wall of China, is said to have called this mushroom, the “Herb of Deathlessness” or Lingzhi (a combination of the Chinese words “Ling” and “Chih”).

In Shen Nong Bencaojing, the Chinese Herbal Text, 365 kinds of herbal supplements were listed into three categories: 120 as superior, 120 as average, and 125 as fair:

A “Superior Herb…serves to maintain life, promote radiant health and long life because of its normalizing action, and to cause no side effects, even when used continuously….continuous use of Lingzhi makes your body light and young, lengthen your life and turns you into one like the immortal who never dies.” Ganoderma lucidum was rated the highest of the superior herbs.

People no longer have to travel into remote, high mountains and the deep forests of China, Japan, Korea to find and harvest this mushroom. Because of its rarity, use of Ganoderma as a supplement was a long, time-consuming process and the vital triterpenoids within the mushroom were bitter. But now we have cultivation, harvesting and processing methods in place to meet the needs of both your palate and your pocketbook.
